A rare case of endobronchial tuberculosis with left main bronchial stenosis in a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis

Endobronchial tuberculosis (EBTB) is a condition that occurs as result of pulmonary (TB), where the infection spreads to inner walls bronchial tubes or trachea. This causes lining and layer underneath become inflamed, swollen, ulcerated, develop granulated tissue scar. We discuss 19-year-old lady with active TB who was receiving anti-TB drug treatment. Despite being on medications, she had persistent cough, loss weight increasing dyspnea. She diagnosed EBTB left main bronchus (LMB) stenosis, based upon strong clinical suspicion, followed by using variety techniques, including lung function testing, chest neck CT scan, bronchoscopy. Given rare consequence TB, it crucial for clinicians take into account when patients present symptoms are comparable. will enable prompt effective
